We are a rapidly expanding vascular practice looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely from home in a fast-paced, supportive environment with flexible hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct support to the Account Management Team
• Communicate with clients, facilities, and team members with professionalism and excellent customer service
• Handle phone calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Stay organized while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Ensure timely follow-up and reliable communication with both internal staff and external partners

• Strong customer service and phone communication skills
• Excellent documentation and multitasking abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and highly responsible work ethic
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
