Payroll Specialist (Mid Level)

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Payroll Specialist (Mid Level) with a multinational science and technology company in Hebron, KY. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.


Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.


Description:
The Payroll Administrator I will have the following responsibilities: Limited scope of work assigned to a small work area. Work will largely center around correct data entry. Support to the rest of the Pay & Benefits delivery team.

• College degree preferred though not required; High School Diploma required. 
• 2 years of experience:
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate payroll and employee information processing.
  • Ability to follow established payroll procedures, maintain confidentiality, and produce error-free work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to support payroll team members and manage routine administrative tasks effectively.
• Former payroll experience a plus though not required
