Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an Office / Data Entry Clerk with a multinational science and technology company in Columbus, OH. This is an 11-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $21.25/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
Type: Primarily onsite with the occasional WFH day.
Description:
- Operates a data entry device to input and maintain lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format.
- Could also be responsible for performing daily department tasks such as monitoring email boxes, and creating and updating spreadsheets.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions could require exercising some independent judgment.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- College degree preferred, though not required. Requires a high school diploma.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in both office administration and data entry.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Google Office Suite is required.
- No job hoppers - prior assignments should be at least 1 year or longer in length.
