Electronic Technician (Expert)

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an Electronic Technician (Expert) with our life sciences client in Tucson, AZ. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.


Description:
Fixes technical problems by applying principles and theories of electronics, mechanical engineering, electrical circuitry, engineering mathematics, electronic and electrical testing, and physics. Lays out, builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and modifies developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment, systems, and related products and services. Work is more limited in scope and more practically oriented than that of scientists and engineers.


Qualifications:

• 7 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electronic, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems in manufacturing, production, laboratory, or regulated industrial environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to diagnose equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions that minimize downtime.
• Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment, electrical measurement tools, and engineering principles to build, modify, test, calibrate, and validate production and developmental equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
