Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Remote Inside Sales Representative for a large, established client. In this role, you will engage with potential residential customers, answer inquiries, and help match customers with the best service options. You will play a key part in driving enrollment growth while maintaining accurate customer records and collaborating with a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls from potential customers.
- Collect and record customer contact information and service preferences.
- Establish rapport with customers to identify and anticipate their service needs.
- Promote additional services and special offers.
- Maintain an organized database of potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales functions preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Ability to quickly learn new information and match customer needs to solutions.
- Availability to work shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday.
Salary : $16 - $17
