This position offers a dynamic opportunity to partner closely with hiring leaders to recruit high-performing call center professionals who represent the company’s brand and customer experience. Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including workforce planning, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Recruit passive candidates and evaluate motivations to ensure long-term alignment.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences to maintain strong offer-to-interview ratios.
- Leverage varied sourcing strategies including external networks, job boards, and internal referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through ongoing relationship management.
- Cultivate strong partnerships across stakeholder groups to meet recruiting metrics.
- Support off-site recruiting activities such as job fairs, conferences, and professional events.
Qualifications
- 3 years of recruiting or recruiting-related experience.
- Experience in sales or call center environments is a plus.
- Experience using an ATS for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates, preferably SuccessFactors.
- Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to identify process improvements and apply curiosity-driven problem solving.
