As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will handle a wide range of inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues that directly influence customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and troubleshooting effectively.
