Primary Healthcare Centers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team at our Trenton clinic location. What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric and adult patients
- Perform physical exams, wellness visits, and preventative care
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Develop and manage patient-centered care plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Current Georgia Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active DEA license or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Passion for community-based healthcare
