Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Otolaryngologist to join our vibrant healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of ear, nose, throat (ENT), and related head and neck conditions. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and medical histories for patients presenting with ENT disorders
• Perform diagnostic procedures including medical imaging interpretation and endoscopic examinations
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating surgical interventions, medication management, and minimally invasive techniques such as botulinum toxin treatments
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals across specialties like radiology, neurology, pulmonology, and pediatrics to ensure holistic patient care
• Manage airway issues and perform surgical procedures related to the ear, nose, throat, and head & neck regions
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient education on treatment options, post-operative care, and preventive health strategies

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with completion of a residency in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat)
• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology from a recognized medical board
• Proven post-residency experience demonstrating proficiency in ENT diagnosis and surgical procedures
• Strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques relevant to ENT conditions and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient engagement
• Ability to perform complex airway management and perioperative care with precision and confidence
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in areas like audiology, rhinology, laryngology, or related subspecialties

Pay: From $300,000.00 per year
