The Role
We are seeking an energetic, multi-talented Part-Time Wellness Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Primal Wellness during our peak afternoon/evening and weekend operating windows.
This isn't just a front desk job—it is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a modern wellness business operates from the ground up. You will guide guests through recovery circuits, manage shift operations, drive retail and package sales, and ensure our facility maintains the highest standard of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Floor Coaching: Welcome members, guide first-time guests through wellness circuits (sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy), and provide hands-on education on proper recovery protocols.
- Red Light & Service Turnarounds: Execute fast, efficient sanitization and room resets for red light therapy beds and recovery spaces between client sessions.
- Front Desk & Sales: Manage guest check-ins using our booking software, answer inquiries, and actively recommend recovery packages, red light therapy plans, and retail products.
- Daily Facility Operations: Maintain a spotless, premium club environment through routine sanitization, and restocking .
