We turn empty spaces into high-end events, weddings, corporate functions, resorts, and large-scale productions across Arizona and the Southwest.
We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in physical work and in delivering a polished final result.
In this role, you’ll be part of the team responsible for preparing, delivering, installing, and striking event rentals and production elements. This is a hands-on, physical position. One day you may be installing furniture for a luxury wedding; the next you may be building a dance floor, setting up a corporate event, installing drapery, or preparing equipment in our warehouse. Success in this role comes from being dependable, efficient, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to work until the job is done right.
· Load and unload event rental and production equipment.
· Install and strike furniture, décor, bars, staging, dance floors, drapery, lighting, and custom-built event elements.
· Properly handle, protect, and secure rental inventory during loading, installation, and breakdown.
· Assist with warehouse preparation, including cleaning, organizing, pulling, and staging inventory.
· Inspect equipment before and after events and help maintain accurate inventory counts.
· Follow installation plans, diagrams, and direction from crew leads and operations management.
· Represent Prim professionally when working at venues and around clients, planners, and vendor partners.
· Reliable, punctual, and professional, and able to perform physically demanding work.
· Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
· Comfortable working early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Experience in event rentals, furniture delivery, moving, warehouse, or similar work is a plus.
· Lift and move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
· Stand, walk, bend, climb, and work indoors/outdoors for extended periods.
· Work in varied weather conditions.
