Seasonal Event Crew Member (Weddings & Events)

LUX Wedding Florist designs and produces luxury weddings and events throughout Arizona. From intimate ceremonies to large-scale celebrations, our team creates unforgettable experiences through beautiful floral design, décor, and event production.

LUX Wedding Florist is looking for energetic and dependable team members to join our Seasonal Event Crew. This is a hands-on position where every day is different. One day you may be helping create an elegant wedding setup, and the next you may be organizing decor and preparing inventory for the upcoming events.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Loading and unloading event decor and equipment.
• Delivering wedding and event items to venues throughout the Valley.
• Setting up ceremony and reception decor.
• Assisting with event strike (teardown) after the events are complete.
• Cleaning and organizing glassware, decor, containers, and inventory.
• Preparing equipment and supplies for upcoming events.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse work space.
• Working with LUX staff to ensure events are completed on schedule.
• Providing excellent service while interacting with venues, vendors, and clients.

• Can present a clean, professional appearance while representing LUX at wedding venues.

Previous event, warehouse, moving, delivery, or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• Part-time seasonal.
• Primarily weekends with some weekday opportunities based on the workload of each week. (Hours vary each week depending on scheduled events.)
• Approximately 15–25 hours per week during peak season (Peak wedding season runs from September through June. Hours vary based on our event calendar, with the busiest weekends during the spring and fall wedding seasons.)

Pay & Benefits

• $16.00 to $20.00 per hour.
