Pack & Ship Associate:
Location: Denver, CO 80216
Pay: $20/hr.
Shift Schedule: M-F, 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Job Type: Temporary to Hire
Experience: Minimum 1 year of pick/pack experience required.
The Pack and Ship Associate is responsible for fulfilling orders by arranging inventory in shipping containers and preparing them for shipment. Duties include interpreting order invoices to determine which items need to be sent out, performing quality control assessments and stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging.
Pack & Ship Associate Responsibilities:
- Inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged.
- Inspecting shipping containers to ensure they meet shipping regulations.
- Assembling daily orders by shipping location or any other shipping categories.
- Keeping records of packages including delivery notes, invoices, etc.
- Filling out packing and order forms with the relevant shipping information.
- Sealing shipping containers and labeling them appropriately.
- Cleaning shipping containers and other shipping supplies.
- Maintains a clean and organized work space.
- Contributes to a positive work environment.
Pack & Ship Associate Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of pick/pack experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Repetitive wrist motion.
