What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at PrideStaff?
An Office Administrator role that balances high-level compliance with daily operational support in a fast-paced real estate environment.
The Core Focus: Compliance
The "highest priority" for this position is keeping the office in line with Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) requirements. This means you aren't just an admin; you are the gatekeeper for:
- Licensing: Tracking expirations and matching rosters between the BRE and the Board of Realtors.
- Transactions: Auditing files, managing the Trust Log, and ensuring all documentation (like CDAs) is submitted correctly so agents can get paid.
The "Culture Carrier" Role
Beyond the paperwork, this position acts as the bridge between the Home Office and the Sales Agents. You are expected to:
- Train & Promote: You’ll be the go-to person for teaching agents how to use company tools and marketing resources.
- Problem Solve: You are the "eyes and ears" of the branch, alerting the Manager to concerns and maintaining a professional environment (Business Casual, no jeans).
- Supervise: You will oversee support staff and ensure the office facilities are functioning perfectly.
Logistics & Compensation
- Pay: $25.00/hr.
- Status: Temporary to Hire (great for proving your value before a permanent commitment).
- Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 paid hours/week after the 30-minute unpaid lunch).
- Location: Tustin, CA.
Who Fits Best?
The ideal candidate is likely someone from a Title, Escrow, or Real Estate background. Because the role requires "minimal supervision" and handling "Trust Logs," a high degree of accuracy and familiarity with Zipforms or MLS will give an applicant a significant advantage.
