7:00 AM - 3:00 PM On-Call or Overtime Hours.

Responsibilities of an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician:

• Evaluate and Maintain All Electrical Instrumentation and Control Systems. 
• Perform Ladder Logic Programming and Troubleshooting of PLCs
• Identify and Repair Electrical Problems.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on Automated and/or Robotic Systems. 
• Ensure Equipment Meets Electrical and Mechanical Operational Quality Standards. 
• Maintain Proper Documentation of Maintenance, Repair, Inventory, and Parts. 
• Work Efficiently to Minimize System Downtime. 
• Adhere to All Plant Safety Procedures. 

Qualifications of an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician:

• 2-5 Years Experience in a Maintenance Related Position.
• 2-5 Years Experience in an Electro-Mechanical Related Position. 
• Hands On Experience with PLC/DCS and HMI. 
• Experience Maintaining and Repairing AC/DC Circuits and Motors. 
• Ability to Operate and Maintain Hand Tools, Computers, Electrical Testing Equipment, and Maintenance Equipment. .
• Ability to Read and Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, and Diagrams. 
• Ability to Maintain Reliable Attendance Record. 
• Flexibility with an Ability to Work Overtime and On-Call Hours.
• Ability to Lift Up to 50lbs
• Mathematical Aptitude.
