Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will lead digital marketing efforts, strengthen the company's online presence and support long-term business growth through innovative marketing strategies, data-driven decision making and emerging AI technologies. In addition, this role will provide high-level executive support to help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.

What You'll Do
Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.
- Lead search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives to improve organic search rankings, website visibility and lead generation.
- Plan, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Design and analyze A/B tests for websites, landing pages, advertisements and email campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Create compelling digital content including website copy, blogs, email campaigns, social media content, presentations and promotional materials.
- Manage social media strategy, editorial calendars and audience engagement across multiple brands or business units.
- Maintain and continuously enhance company websites to ensure content remains accurate, engaging and optimized.
- Research, evaluate and implement AI-powered marketing tools that improve efficiency, automate workflows and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor website analytics, advertising performance and campaign metrics while providing recommendations that maximize marketing ROI.
- Partner with operational leaders and executive leadership to promote events, customer initiatives and strategic business priorities while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
Executive Operations & Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling priorities and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, reconcile and submit expense reports.
- Organize meetings, presentations, executive materials and special projects.
- Conduct research and assist with strategic initiatives as needed.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgment.
- Anticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities and proactively remove administrative obstacles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in digital marketing, executive support or a combination of both.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, paid digital advertising and website management.
- Experience managing content management systems such as WordPress, Squarespace or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience using A/B testing and campaign performance data to optimize results.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT and other emerging technologies that improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
