Position Overview
- Location: Upper Marlboro, MD
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First Shift)
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment Safely: Safely and efficiently operate a cherry picker/order picker to retrieve and stock inventory from elevated racking systems.
- Inventory Management: Utilize RF scanners to scan barcodes, track inventory, and ensure highly accurate order fulfillment.
- Order Selection: Pick, pack, and prepare plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, and appliance parts for shipment according to order sheets.
- General Warehouse Support: Assist with receiving incoming shipments, loading/unloading delivery trucks, and organizing the warehouse floor.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all safety protocols, conduct daily equipment inspections, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications & Skills Must-Haves:
- 1–2 years of proven experience operating a cherry picker/order picker in a warehouse setting.
- Tech-savvy with practical experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking.
- Physical stamina with the ability to work on your feet for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail for reading part numbers, SKU codes, and matching inventory to packing lists.
- Reliable transportation to Upper Marlboro, MD, and a strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
