Job Description - DIRECT HIRE
PRIDESTAFF NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME HVAC TECHNICIAN
Location: Florence, KY 41042
Pay Range: $35.00 – $42.00 / hour
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and licensed HVAC Technician to manage, maintain, and service our facility systems. If you have strong hands-on expertise with large-scale cooling infrastructure and are looking for a stable, full-time role with a global leader, we want to hear from you.
SCHEDULE & WORK HOURS
- Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Additional Details: Shifts and responsibilities discussed during the interview process.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- License: Valid HVAC License required.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience operating and maintaining chillers and cooling towers.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance skills.
The candidate must have the following.
- Cooling tower experience
- McQuay chiller experience
- ERV & RTU experience
- HVAC license
