What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Leasing Specialist position at PrideStaff?
PrideStaff is looking to hire Leasing Agents for one of the Top-Rated Property Management Groups in Bellefontaine. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for overseeing and managing a family friendly apartment complex. The Leasing Agent will benefit from an outstanding benefits package and other employee perks!
Pay Rate: $22-25/hr.
Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
Leasing Agent Responsibilities:
- Responsible for aiding the flow of the leasing office and maintenance needs
- Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner
- Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns
- Recording and updating details of prospective and existing tenants into computer database swiftly
- Advertising available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities
- Responding to service requests, on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager in a timely and professional manner
Leasing Agent Qualifications:
- Candidates should have at least 1 year of property leasing experience
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and negotiating
- Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge
- High School diploma, GED, or suitable alternative required
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
