PrideStaff on behalf of one of our clients in Ft. Lauderdale is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team!
You must be able to apply organizational skills and manage your time effectively to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Must be willing to submit to a Drug Screen & Background Check
