PrideStaff, on behalf of our client in Dania Beach, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to assist their time on a temporary basis. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, with no exceptions.The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded individual with a strong background in benefits administration, recruiting, and HR policy management. You will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring HR policies are fair and effective, and managing employee benefits programs.Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Oversee the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.Administer and manage all employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and issues.Conduct annual benefits review and renewal processes.Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations.Ensure all company policies are communicated effectively to employees and management.Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.Proficient with workers compensation documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Proven experience in a similar HR role with a focus on recruiting, benefits, and policy management.Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.PrideStaff is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
