Complete Venture Group is seeking an Experienced HR Generalist to join our Culture-focused team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of HR and be able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new recruits
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Participate in the administration of employee benefits and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR)

Compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain an updated employment handbook
Employee Relations
- Liasian for HR related questions or requests
- Manage & coordinate HRIS applications (BambooHR, ADP, Comeet, Multiplier)
- Manage & coordinate performance management initiatives
Recruitment
- Manage & Coordinate ATS
- Coordination of onboarding
- Collaborate with Lyra Recruitment for sourcing needs
Learning & Development
- Manage & Coordinate training initiatives for compliance and career growth
