What You’ll Handle Each Shift
- Cut, assemble, and finish wood products to spec.
- Operate machinery and hand tools with a safety-first mindset.
- Run quality checks to confirm dimensions and finish meet requirements.
- Keep your station organized and clear of hazards.
- Coordinate with your team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow site safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your skill set.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing is beneficial.
