What are the main functions and purpose of this job?

*To be the first to answer the phone and greet incoming traffic

*To direct clients with job order requests to the Staffing Consultants and Strategic Partner

*To input accurately all necessary candidate information into the computer system

*Administer pre-screen, applications, and assessments of candidates

*Call new leads for sales activity

*To ensure quality service by handling Client and candidate matters courteously, properly, and efficiently

*To telephone screen prospective candidates

*Schedule candidates for assessment and interview

*Process employment verifications and documents in ATS

*Perform candidate drug screens

*Perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the Staffing Consultants

**This position will be grooming for future promotion to a Staffing Consultant which will include recruiting for warehouse, light industrial, administrative, and customer service type candidates. The Staffing Consultant is also responsible for weekly sales calls, as well as client visits, and candidate onboarding.**

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

BA or BS is preferred but can be substituted for similar experiences.

Experience in the staffing/recruiting industry preferred

H.S. Diploma or GED is required of all employees

Immaculate multi-tasking skills

Attention to detail and accuracy of data entry

Satisfactory computer literacy in word processing, excel, and email software
