The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading sales-driven recruiting teams within healthcare staffing, developing recruiters from new hire to top producer, and creating a culture of continuous growth, accountability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of healthcare recruiters and recruiting leaders.
- Foster a high-performance, sales-oriented culture focused on results, accountability, and candidate quality.
- Serve as a player-coach by actively recruiting, mentoring, and modeling best practices.
- Develop recruiters at all stages of their careers, from onboarding through advanced performance and leadership development.
- Drive recruiter productivity, fill rates, candidate quality, retention, and revenue performance.
- Create and execute recruiting strategies that deliver qualified healthcare professionals quickly and consistently.
- Partner with sales, account management, operations, and leadership to meet client hiring needs and business objectives.
- Drive key recruiting metrics, performance expectations, and development plans.
- Build scalable recruiting processes that improve speed-to-fill, efficiency, and overall team performance.

Qualifications
- 7 years of healthcare staffing or healthcare recruiting experience.
- 5 years of leadership experience managing recruiting teams.
- Proven success leading high-performing sales and recruitment teams within the healthcare staffing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain top recruiting talent.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing operations, recruiting metrics, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience building recruiter training, onboarding, and performance development programs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
