Job Title: Process Technician (Night Shift) – R&D Lab
Duration: 2-Year Contract
Shift: Permanent Night Shift (Compressed Work Week)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Process Technician to support R&D process engineering in a Class 10 cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will operate wafer processing and metrology equipment, execute engineering experiments, document results, and support process development activities.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor 300mm wafer processing and metrology tools.
- Execute engineering instructions and process experiments.
- Follow standard operating procedures and best-known methods (BKMs).
- Document process data using Excel, internal systems, and email.
- Monitor equipment performance and assist in identifying process improvements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment.
- Communicate effectively with engineers and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or High School Diploma/GED with relevant manufacturing or technical experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
- Stable work history.
Work Schedule
Permanent Work Schedule (After Training)
- Shift: Back-end Night Shift
- Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (3 days / 36 hours)
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (4 days / 48 hours)
- Hours: 4:30 PM – 5:00 AM
Training Schedule (First 6 Weeks)
- Shift: Day Shift
- Days:
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday with alternating Wednesday
- Hours: 4:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary : $28 - $33
