Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Multi-Axis Lathe Machinist to join our first shift team. This role involves working with advanced multi-tasking machines that combine turning and machining capabilities, allowing for efficient, single-setup production.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hour (based on experience)
Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
- Program and set up CNC multi-axis machines based on blueprints and specifications
- Operate Mazak Integrex machines and similar equipment
- Work with live tooling lathes for complex part production
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Select and troubleshoot tooling and fixtures
- Develop and document reliable machining processes
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, bore gauges, etc.)
- Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience with Mazak Integrex machines
- Strong knowledge of G-Code and Mazatrol programming
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience machining various materials, including plastics
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
