🧾 Requirements

• FAA A&P license (required)
• 3 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to lift equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

➕ Preferred (stand out fast)

• Experience with gas turbine engines
• Borescope inspection expertise
• Customer-facing or field service experience
• Familiarity with FAR145 environments
