🧾 Requirements
- FAA A&P license (required)
- 3 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to lift equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
