π§ What youβll do
In this hands-on, technical role, you will:
- Perform on-wing and off-wing aircraft engine maintenance, including engine removal and installation
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Interpret and apply technical documentation such as AMM, EMM, IPC, service bulletins, and FAA directives
- Identify defects using structured troubleshooting methods and engine data systems
- Support repair station operations in a regulated aviation environment
- Interface with internal teams and occasionally with customers to ensure safe, accurate execution of work
- Maintain compliance with strict aviation safety and quality standards

π What weβre looking for
We are seeking skilled, detail-oriented aviation technicians who are ready to take the next step in their career.
Minimum requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience
- OR Associateβs Degree 1 year of aircraft maintenance experience
- Valid FAA Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) License
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive, regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to aviation safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a required vision exam
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with gas turbine engines
- Familiarity with FAR Part 145 repair station environments
- Experience performing borescope inspections
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior customer-facing or field service experience
