🚨 Now Hiring: CNC Machinist (Programming & Set-Up)

📍 Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our growing team! If you have hands-on experience in CNC programming, setup, and precision machining—and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment—this is a great opportunity for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CNC programming, setup, and machining operations

• Inspect machined parts and ensure they meet quality standards

• Use precision tools like micrometers & calipers

• Identify and report defects (tool wear, surface issues, debris, etc.)

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete required documentation

• Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve issues

• Meet production targets while working within tight tolerances

• Support additional processes like fabrication, sandblasting, and finishing

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical and technical skills

• Good math and problem-solving ability

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred)

• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes is a plus

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Willingness to work in PPE and a production environment

• U.S. Citizenship required

🕒 Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• Full-Time | 40 hours/week
