- Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and managing office supplies inventory
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic financial record keeping
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy
Experience
- Prior office management or administrative experience in a professional setting is required
- Proven experience with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and document organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients and team members
