Join a well-established, trusted manufacturer and distributor that’s been in business for over 100 years. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented team player to facilitate production, assist customers, and support sales initiatives.


As a member of a small but capable team, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to our company's success.


Example Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory by organizing merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory levels, generating invoices, verifying and matching purchase orders, and labeling products
  • Basic accounting and record keeping
  • Assist national sales team by answering inquiries, preparing merchandise presentations, fulfilling orders and sending supplies
  • Handle customer inquires in a manner that represents the company in a positive light, shows a desire to meet customer requirements, and demonstrates an ability to apply problem solving skills
  • Take inbound phone calls and respond to emails from both customers & sales staff


Qualifications:

  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
  • Ability to use the telephone in a professional and courteous manner
  • Proficient in both Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience
