Example Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage inventory by organizing merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory levels, generating invoices, verifying and matching purchase orders, and labeling products
- Basic accounting and record keeping
- Assist national sales team by answering inquiries, preparing merchandise presentations, fulfilling orders and sending supplies
- Handle customer inquires in a manner that represents the company in a positive light, shows a desire to meet customer requirements, and demonstrates an ability to apply problem solving skills
- Take inbound phone calls and respond to emails from both customers & sales staff
Qualifications:
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
- Ability to use the telephone in a professional and courteous manner
- Proficient in both Microsoft Word & Excel
- Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience
