Pride One Construction is currently searching for a Commercial Site Superintendent to be directly responsible for daily operations and ensure successful completion of the project according to the parameters of the project contract.
Pride One is a commercial construction company that includes apartments, hotels, student housing, assisted living facilities and adaptive reuse projects. We are a full-service construction management company that continues to expand yearly.

Qualifications:
- Must have OSHA-30
- Occasional travel may be required but can be negotiated
- Proficient in basic computer skills such as Word and Excel
- Must be very organized and able to explain details/direction or guidance to others
- Demonstrate proficiency in both oral and written communication
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other subcontractors, clients, and employees
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills
Our Commercial Site Superintendent will:
- Plan weekly project activities and provide directions to the subcontractors on the work to be performed with coordination from Project Manager
- Monitor the project schedule and notify the Project Manager of status towards completing plan activities
- Daily log of subcontractors, weather, and all site activities. Enter daily logs in management software
- Conduct onsite walkthroughs on a regular basis with the clients to ensure their understanding of the project and their satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of subcontractors’ work and material deliveries
- Monitor the quality and progress of all construction work and provide updates to the Project Manager
- Identify and inform the Project Manager of the need to change orders as appropriate, based on the project needs or client requests
- Conduct ongoing project checks after onsite construction is complete
- Coordinate the final onsite construction activities, such as obtaining Certificates of Occupancy
- Participate in project evaluation sessions/post-mortem meetings and use the information on future projects
