We’re hiring full-time Bilingual Healthcare Enrollment Specialists to join our growing team. This is not a sales role — there are no cold calls, no quotas, and no commission pressure. Instead, you’ll work directly with clients to guide them through their coverage options and enrollment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist individuals in understanding their health insurance options
- Guide clients through the enrollment process step-by-step
- Answer questions about coverage, benefits, and eligibility
- Support clients enrolled in government-supported programs
- Follow up to ensure applications and documentation are complete

Licensing Requirement (Required Before Start Date)
All candidates must obtain a Life & Health Insurance License within 30 days of accepting the offer.
Important:
- You cannot begin working in this role until you have passed the licensing exam and received your license.
- Most candidates complete licensing within 2–3 weeks with focused preparation
- Licensing exam costs are reimbursed after successful completion
- All future licensing costs are covered by the company once hired
What We’re Looking For

Preferred (not required):
- Customer service experience
- Previous healthcare or insurance experience
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday schedule for most of the year
- Weekend availability required annually from November 1 – December 15 (Open Enrollment period)
- Full-time, in-person role in Baton Rouge
Note: The Open Enrollment season is our busiest and most impactful time of year, when your work directly helps individuals secure critical health coverage.
