What You’ll Do:

Promote the growth, well-being, and autonomy of the individuals you support.

Work closely with vocational supervisors to provide hands-on training and guidance at contract sites.

Step in to supervise crews, monitor quality, and ensure contract duties are met.

Support individuals through 1:1 training, meaningful work opportunities, and community engagement.

Assist with paperwork, assessments, and program reports to ensure services meet the highest standards.

Participate in team reviews, planning meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Uphold Pride’s values by fostering dignity, respect, and a safe, supportive environment for all.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma preferred.

Experience: Two years in human services and supervisory experience preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, basic computer use, and the ability to support others in vocational and daily living skills.

Requirements: Valid ND driver’s license with acceptable record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform Therapeutic Intervention techniques as needed.
