- Can juggle scheduling, team development, individualized service plans, and meaningful community involvement—and still make time to connect.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise and support a team of direct care professionals.
- Ensure services empower people to make their own decisions, take healthy risks, and live full lives.
- Guide individualized plans, ensure rights and safety are respected, and bring creativity to teaching daily living skills.
- Organize staff trainings, promote teamwork, and help people explore new opportunities in work, living, and relationships.
- Be part of a nationally accredited, person-centered agency where outcomes actually matter.
What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human services field preferred.
- Supervisory experience and a passion for developmental services.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a willingness to jump in when needed.
