Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Manchester, CT 06040
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Pay Range: $18 - $24
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:
- Assist providers with patient examinations and treatments in a primary care setting
- Record vital signs, patient history, medications, and allergies
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
- Manage patient flow, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Provide administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient clinic operations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED – Required
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience – Required
- BLS (AHA) Certification – Required
- Allscripts EMR experience – Preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
