Pride Health is hiring a CNA - Home Health Aide to support our client’s medical facility, located in Baltimore, MD 21236. This is a 6 month contract assignment (possibility of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

- Duration: Contract
- Pay: $18 - $19. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.
- Shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm.
Travel: Various patient homes, 1 hour increments, 5-7 patients per day
- Assisted with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Monitored vital signs and reported changes.
- Supported mobility and transfers.
- Provided companionship and emotional support.
- Helped with meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience is required.
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- CNA through MBON.
- BLS Certification.
