Phlebotomist

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Titusville, FL! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist

Location: Titusville, FL 32796

Shift Schedule:

1. Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM | Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EST) or

2. Tuesday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EST)

Hours per Week: 35 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $19-21/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on patients of all ages
• Prepare and process specimens according to established procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and specimen documentation
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper specimen labeling
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality standards, and safety guidelines
• Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection procedures
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet staffing and operational needs

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
