Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist II to support our client’s team in Wichita, KS. This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.
Job Summary:
This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in venipuncture, especially with difficult draws, and comfortable working independently in a patient-focused environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical collections
- Handle difficult (hard stick) and geriatric patient draws with confidence
- Accurately process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage workload independently in a solo work setting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
Additional Information:
- Location: Wichita, KS
- Job Type: 13-week contract
- Pay Range: $18 - $22 hourly
- Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
