Hiring: Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Location: Seaford, DE
Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: $31.16 - $48.30 per Hour
We are seeking qualified Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS) and Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) for a direct-hire opportunity in Seaford, DE.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or
- Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science (MLS)
- ASCP Certification required at the time of submission
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and evaluate laboratory testing procedures
- Analyze and correlate test results accurately
- Assist in the selection and evaluation of testing methods
- Support training and development of laboratory personnel
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
Work Schedule:
- Laboratory operates 24/7
- Day, evening, and night shifts may be assigned
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- Overtime may be required based on staffing and workload needs
