Pride Health is hiring a Patient Services Representative to support our client’s medical facility in Cape Coral, FL. This is a 6 months with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Title: Patient Services Representative
Location: Cape Coral, FL 33904
Pay Rate: $16 - $17.75/hr. on W2.
Shift: Mon - Fri 6 am- 1pm, SAT 6 am - 3 pm
Duration: 6 months
*Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with check-in using a kiosk or tablet.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer patient questions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming lobby area.
- Assist with phlebotomy duties as needed, including covering breaks.
- Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and protect patient confidentiality.
- Support daily operations and work effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1–2 years of customer-facing customer service experience.
- Some phlebotomy experience (internship/externship accepted).
- Strong communication, data entry, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Note: This is primarily a lobby greeter role with occasional phlebotomy support to cover breaks and staffing needs.

Salary : $16 - $18
