Location: Grand Blanc, MI (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)

Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $40 - $43 per hour
Overview:
Our client is seeking a results-driven Temporary Nurse Recruiter to support critical nursing recruitment. In this role, you will partner closely with nursing leadership to identify, attract, and hire top nursing talent while meeting key recruitment performance metrics.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, KPI-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is motivated by delivering measurable hiring results that support patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of nursing roles across Company Hospital.
- Partner closely with nursing leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview nursing candidates to evaluate experience, qualifications, and career interests.
- Present highly qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and support.
- Assist with internal mobility by coordinating transfers and career movement for current nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners to support ongoing talent pipelines
Requirements:
- Previous nurse recruitment experience is required.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of recruiting experience required.
- High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate).
- Experience with applicant tracking system.
Preferences:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
