Henry Ford Genesys Hospital is seeking a results-driven Temporary Nurse Recruiter to support critical nursing recruitment. In this role, you will partner closely with nursing leadership to identify, attract, and hire top nursing talent while meeting key recruitment performance metrics.

What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of nursing roles across Genesys Hospital.
Partner closely with nursing leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, and interview nursing candidates to evaluate experience, qualifications, and career interests.
Present highly qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and support.
Assist with internal mobility by coordinating transfers and career movement for current nursing staff.
Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners to support ongoing talent pipelines
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of recruiting experience required.
- High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Previous health care or nurse recruitment experience preferred.
- Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate).
- Experience with applicant tracking system.
