Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Ambulatory
Location: Rochester, MN 55901
Contract Duration: 13 weeks probable extension
Shift: Day/Night - 6AM - 6PM or 6PM - 6 AM
Pay Rate: $37/hr - $40/hr, $1500/ - $1600/weekly
Responsibilitie
- sProvide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
- .Observe, monitor, and report changes in patient condition
- .Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- .Administer treatments and medications as directed
- .Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- .Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- .Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards
