- Providing direct, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being through meaningful connections and compassionate, person-centered care.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team for timely intervention.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by following care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Current LPN licensure in MN.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
