Laboratory Assistant

Join Pride Health as a Specimen Processing / Data Entry Associate at Paducah, KY! This is a 03 month contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Specimen Processing / Data Entry Associate

Location: Paducah, KY

Shift Schedule • Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17-18 /hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry of laboratory information

• Handle and process specimens according to standard procedures

• Ensure proper labeling, sorting, and preparation of samples for testing

• Pack and ship specimens following compliance guidelines

• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors

• Follow all safety and quality protocols in specimen handling

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience & Skills:

• Data entry experience (preferred)

• Specimen processing skills (preferred)

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to lift, pack, and ship materials as required

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
