Duration: 6-month Contract (Possibilities of extension)
Pay rate: $12-$13/hr. On W2 (Pay Rate is based on experience)
Schedule: Mon - Fri (5 days/wk.) 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Input: Gathering and accurately entering patient and plan member information into healthcare enrollment and grievance tracking systems.
- Document Management: Organizing, maintaining, and reviewing physical and electronic records and forms, ensuring completion, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Appeals and Grievances Management: Handling incoming requests.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, including HIPAA, ACA, CMS guidelines, and state regulations related to enrollment, appeals, and grievances.
Qualifications:
- High School, GED or equivalent.
- 1 years of relevant experience.
