Pride Health is hiring an experienced Clinical Lab Technologist to support facility in Rochester, MN. This is an excellent long-term travel opportunity for professionals with strong clinical laboratory testing experience looking to work with one of the nation’s top healthcare systems.
Position Details:
Job Title: Clinical Lab Technologist
Location: Rochester, MN
Shift: Tuesday – Saturday | Day Shift (Start time varies between 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
Duration: 06/16/2026 – 06/15/2027
Pay Rate: $20-$28pr hr. on W2
Key Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory analyses on blood, tissue, and body fluids to support diagnosis and patient care
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and assay systems
Evaluate tests for accuracy and assist with result interpretation
Retrieve and report laboratory data using multiple computer systems
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols when handling infectious specimens and hazardous materials
Support laboratory operational activities to optimize testing capabilities
Perform efficiently in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biological Science required
Strong ability to produce accurate results under time constraints
Proven multitasking skills in fast-paced and changing environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Scheduling flexibility for off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as needed
Experience operating and troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation preferred
Experience with assay systems preferred
