About the Role:
We’re seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician to support patient testing in a fast-paced Central Processing Lab. You'll handle pre-analytic specimen processing, operate lab equipment, and ensure accurate data entry and specimen documentation—all crucial to maintaining diagnostic excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Process specimens before analysis
- Operate automated lab and office systems
- Accurately enter test orders into the database
- Answer calls regarding test details and procedures
- Confirm proper patient identification and labeling
- Troubleshoot and resolve pre-analytic specimen issues
- Prepare complex reagents and maintain inventory
- Train fellow lab team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a biological or chemical science (Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, etc.)
- Solid experience with laboratory testing and instrumentation troubleshooting
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- OPT candidates welcome
- Master’s degree accepted (PhDs and engineering degrees excluded)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
